I just placed an order. Can I cancel/change it?
We aim to process orders super quickly in our warehouse; as a result, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made.

If we are unable to cancel or change your order in time, our return process is super easy, and we will work with you until the process has been finalised and you're happy with the outcome
When will my order(s) be sent out?
Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9am GMT. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time of order confirmation for dispatch.
Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
Can I track my order(s)?
All orders sent from Aftha are shipped via a trackable method, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
